Hello!

I'm Jocelyn, and I'm a self-taught product designer based in Vancouver, Canada. I'm currently designing self-serve web and app experiences at TELUS, enabling users to shop and manage their telecommunications services anytime and anywhere.

‍Design has always been a passion of mine because of the intersection of creativity, problem solving, and connecting with people. Growing up, I loved creating and making things by hand, which led me to study Architecture and Landscape Architecture before discovering digital product design.

As a designer, I approach design with curiosity and a open problem-solving mindset. By leveraging both data and empathy, I craft simple, thoughtful user experiences that empower and help people achieve their goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy 3D modelling & printing, photography, spending time with my cats, or playing volleyball and snowboarding.
