Behind the pixels

I'm a senior product designer with 5+ years of experience, currently designing at TELUS — My work focuses on an omni-channel customer platform and a B2B ticketing system. Before that, I built self-serve experiences on the web and mobile app that made it easier for customers to manage their own accounts — reducing friction and support costs.

I'm passionate about building products that help users achieve their end goal — whether that's to spend less time tinkering through flows, or surfacing a product that they otherwise wouldn't have found. As someone who loves creating, I love balancing both simplicity and iterative thinking to achieve thoughtful solutions.

Outside of product design, you'll find me making in other mediums like 3d printing and art, spending time with my cats, or leaving the home for volleyball and snowboarding.
